The top four teams in the standings all won, with Csíkszereda flipping the score after being two down. Vitali Donika debuted on the Gyergyó bench with a win.

DEAC-Brasov 2-0 (1-0, 1-0, 0-0)
During the game of the day DEAC was able to keep three point at home. DEAC took the lead in the fourth minute of the game when Dominik Novotny scored. Just at the midway point of the game Nico Vuorijavi doubled the DEAC lead. Brasov had more shots on net but Zoltán Hetényi had the shutout win.

David Musial, head coach, DEAC: We prepared well going into the game and we defended well. We were able to pick up the pace of the game. Zoltán Hetényi played well and it is always good when your goalie has a shutout.

Greg Lindqvist, head coach Brasov: I am not happy with my play in the first period. We started playing in the second period, but we were unable to take advantage of our chances. Everything worked out for DEAC.

SC Csíkszereda-Fehérvár 4-2 (0-2, 3-0, 1-0)
The first twenty minutes did not go well for the home team and Fehérvár took advantage of this. First Fehérvár slated in on a 2 on 1 but Vlastimil Lakosil stood his ground. A minute and a half later Ákos Nagy jumped on a loose puck and sprang  Szilárd Hamvai for the goal. Minutes later Mark Bennett made it 2-0 off of a smooth breakaway.
In the first minute of the second period things turned around for Csíkszereda. Becze and Valchar combined for a goal. Sport Club started to dominate the game, Valchar set up Salló for a goal and seconds before the end of the period Szilárd Rokaly found the back of the net.
In the third period Fehérvár had some scoring chances as Dániel Mazzag hit the post, late in the game Tamás Részegh scored the fourth Csíkszereda goal.

Leo Gudas, head coach, Csíkszereda: We did not play well in the first twenty minutes, we gave a number of scoring chances to the other team. We knew that we will be facing a hard working team that skates well. We were not ready at the start of the game. We were able to skate everything into place and we had a great second period. It is important that we picked up the three points despite the slow start.

Dávid Kiss, head coach: We started the game off well, but we should have been playing like this for three periods. The turning point was when we were not able to score on our own power play and got a short handed goal scored against us. We have a young team and this was clear today.

Gyergyó-HK Budapest 9-1 (2-0, 2-1, 5-0)
Everything came together for Gyergyó in this game. With Vitali Donika on the bench for his first game Gyergyó cruised to an easy win. Roman Tomanek just joined the team and already had 2 goals and 3 assist in his first game with his new team. Tibor Sára, Maxim Vesutkin and Pavel Vorobiev all scored two goals each. Dávid Szappanos scored the only goal for the Budapest club, after he was sent down from DVTK.

Vienna-FTC-Telekom 1-8 (0-2, 0-1, 1-5)
For Ferencváros this time it was not the import players that performed well but the Hungarians, in their win in Vienna. Adrián Tóth and Lőrinc Simon Farkas both scored two goals each with Gergő Nagy also finding the back of the net. Attila Pavuk finished with four assists.

Santeri Heiskanen, head coach, Vienna: We made too many mistakes and had too many penalties. We had trouble scoring goals. The difference in the end was that we just stopped working.

Szabolcs Fodor, head coach, FTC-Telekom: We knew that they are a well skating and hard working team. We knew that the only way we had a chance to win was if we stuck to our game plan a 100%. We got what we were expecting. We were focused and we were able to play our best.

Dunaújváros-Schiller-Vasas 4-0 (1-0, 3-0, 0-0)
Jonas Westerling had already left Dunaújváros, the home team was also playing without Henrich Jabornik and Tamás Erdélyi. However István Mestyán was back from injury, Gergely Borbás also played with the 15 year old  Bence Gebei making his pro debut.
As it was expected it started off as a fast paced game. Koitmaa managed to keep the game scoreless until the 16th minute when Iossafov scored a power play goal to give the home team a 1-0 lead.
DAB when up 2-0 when Gergely Tóth put a shot on net that was deflected off of Azari and into the back of the net. Both Mestyán and Franssila scored from the blueline to open up a 4-0 lead.
In the third period neither team scored as Peter Sevela went the distance for the shutout win.

Antti Karhula, head coach Dunaújváros: This was not an easy game for us, since we were playing without one of our top centers and we were missing a couple of defencemen as well. Bence Makovics got sick right before the game. Considering all of this, I think we really played well. Vasas only really had 2-3 scoring chances. Everyone played well and we saw this on the ice.

Zoltán Revák, assistant coach, Vasas: We need to play the style of game that we played in the third period. That was what we expected from our team normally. We did not play well in the first two period, you can not win games if you can not defend well or score goals. Our goalie played well.
