Gergely Majoross, Assistant Coach, Hungary: We a saw a lot of good things, everyone was fighting for the pucks and working real hard. We stuck to our game plan however we need to work on converting our scoring chances. We had a number of chances on the powerplay that could have gone better. Our penalty kill worked very well, played against a strong opponent
Chris Bodó, Forward, Hungary: The opposing goalie played great, we had a lot of shots on net, we were going for the rebounds. We managed to score twice and we took care of things in the back.
István Sofron, Forward, Hungary: This was a typical game against Poland, we created a number of chances but we were not able to convert on them. This was an important win for us as a team in the long run. Their goalie played great however we did dominate the game.
János Hári, Forward, Hungary: We played against a weaker team we had an average game just like against Canada. Our power play was not the best but our penalty kill worked great. We had an unlucky goal scored against us but Miklós Rajna played great in net.
Alex Szczechura, Poland: I am happy about my first game in the national team and I am proud of my brother who is playing well in the KHL and played here earlier in the week for Canada. Unfortunately we lost but we played a great game.
