In total there will be ten Hungarian referees officiating at one of the IIHF World Championships during the 2018-19 season.

Zita Gebora will be a linesman at the Women’s U18 A-Pool World Championships. “This will be the biggest challenge that I have had to face in my officiating career. I have worked two U18 Division 1/A World Championships and one senior Division II/A World Championships. I have to specially thank Katalin Gérnyi and Dr. Zsuzsanna Kolbenheyer who have helped me alot in the process.”

With the tournament being held in December she has three months to get ready. She will be working men’s U18 games and the Women's 6 nations tournament that will be held in December.

There will be no separate training camp for the game officials. “We will travel out to Japan a couple days before the tournament, there they will tell us what to pay attention to and every day we will review the games and how we performed.” said Gebora, whos goals also include being able to work a senior A-Pool World Championship.
