During the December international break the Hungarian U18 national team will be taking part in a tournament on home ice.
Head coach Bence Svasznek and his coaching staff have decided to call in three goalies 10 defencemen and 15 forwards for a total of 28 players. There are six Hungarian teams represented on the roster with nine players playing outside of Hungary, three will be coming from Austria, two from Switzerland and Sweden and one each from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Hungary will playing a 4 Nations Tournament at the Vasas Ice Centrum where they will be hosting Ukraine, Slovakia and Denmark. The training camp will be starting on Monday December 10th with two ice practices. On Tuesday the team will have two practices again with the final roster being cut down at the end of the second day. The final roster will have a final day together before the tournament starting on Thursday December 12th against Ukraine at 19:00. On Friday Hungary will be going up against Slovakia at 19:00 with the tournament coming to a close against Denmark at 15:30 on Saturday the 15th.
