Ferencváros got past Fehérvár in overtime after a crazy game. Ferencváros did not lead at all during the game. Brasov won their Monday night game.

FTC-Telekom-Fehérvári Titánok 8-7 (2-2, 1-3, 4-2, 0-0, 1-0)
Fardi wanted to get back on its winning ways after losing on Friday. Gergő Nagy started the game off well, Jack Lewis had a scoring chance but József Pleszkán made the save. A minute later Ákos Mihály gave Fehérvár the first lead of the game. Fradi took it up a notch, Antonino Sarcia had a chance to tie the game up but it was Braden Walls who tied the game up in the 12th minute with a rocket of a goal. Gergő Tóth had a great chance to give Fradi the lead but Dániel Kornakker stuffed his opportunity. It was Fehérvár that broke the tie off of a goal by Brock Beukeboom but less than a minute later the game was tied back up again as Marcus Perrier found the back of the net.

In the second period FTC killed an early penalty but it was Fehérvár going up 3-2 as Arnold Buzás scored his first goal of the season. Fradi was not able to score on their next power play but at the midway point of the game they tied it up with an even strength goal as Kariniemi put a rebound in, 18 seconds later Szilárd Hamvai put Fehérvár back up by a goal from the goal line. Later in the period Tamás Láday gave Fehérvár a two goal lead. Two minutes later things got a bit chippy in the game, once the dust settled Attila Rafaj picked up 2+5+20 and the game continued on in 4 on 4. Later Fradi had to kill a two man penalty, but Pleszkán stood on his head to keep the two goal deficit.
In the third period the teams exchanged some quick goals, Patrik Kiss put Fehérvár up by three goals, Fradi answered back with a goal by Brett Switzer. Switzer set up Hegyi to make it a one goal game and a minute later Walls tied the game up. After the three quick goals Fehérvár called time out, the move paid off as Mihály scored with three minutes left to put Fehérvár up. On the next shift Switzer tied the game up again and to send it to overtime. After a scoreless extra session the game was settled in a shootout as Walls scored the winning shot for Ferencváros.

Szabolcs Fodor, head coach, FTC: I am happy that we were able to come back in the game. I believed in my players, what the most important thing was that we were able to stand up and we showed our character.

Dávid Kiss, head coach, Fehérvár: For the fans this was an entertaining game, but from a coaches standpoint the third period was horrible for us. We were not able to handle the pressure and we don’t have that many experienced players who can handle these situations. We did pick up a crucial point against a strong Ferencváros team.

DEAC-Corona Brasov 2-3 (1-1, 0-2, 1-0)
The monday night game started off great for the visitors as Roberto Gliga scored to give Brasov the lead. Minutes later Hugo Turcotte tied the game up for the home team. In the third period Kozma set up Arnold Silló for a goal to pick up a point in his first pro game. DEAC had two power plays but were not able to take advantage of. In the end Brasov held on to the three points.
