The U17 closed out their two day minicamp, based off of what assistant coach Viktor Tokaji said the two days were a success.

“We wanted to see what they can do under pressure both mentally and physically, we wanted to see if there was any changes physically, which of course did happened, which happens often at this age.”

As usual the coaching staff not only worked with the players on the ice as well as in a classroom setting.

The coaching staff also dove deeper into particular areas of the attack, the defecnsemen playing a larger part in the offence was emphasised. “We would like to have the defenseman join the attack and we want to have the defencemen be more active in the attacking end of the ice.” said Tokaji.
