Head coach András Horváth and the director of youth development Glen Williamson have named a final roster of 3 goalies, 8 defencemen and 12 forwards for a total of 23 players who will be traveling to Poprad for the tournament.
The roster is has 8 Hungarian teams represented in it. There will be no training camp before the tournament, the team will meet on the day day travel. With this in mind the coaching staff has named an additional reserve list that is made up of a goalie, 4 defencemen and 2 forwards.
On the opening day of the tournament Hungary will be taking on Austria, with the 29th being a double header as Hungary will play Vitkovice from the Czech Republic and one of the two Slovak teams. The closing day will also feature two games for Hungary as they will be going up against the other Slovak side and Poprad.
