MAC will be hosting Brasov in the Tüskecsarnok on March 7th and 8th with the series moving to Romania for games 3 and 4 on the 11th and 12th. DVTK will host Csíkszereda on the 9th and 10th and the next two games being played in Transylvania on the 13th and 14th.
Gergely Majoross, MAC head coach: There are no easy teams in the playoffs, especially in the final four. We looked at all three of our possibilities and based off of this we decided that we would like to face Brasov in the semifinals. Brasov has been in great form since their coaching change. We hope we play the way we did in our last few games and with a couple of tactical changes we will be able to win the series. We have not had the easiest situation since then international break. We have had a number of physical ailments that we have had to overcome, I believe we will be able to get past Brasov in this round.
Ádám Nagy, DVTK team manager: We were expecting that we would be facing Csíkszereda in the next round. We know this will not be an easy series as Csíkszereda is a great team. We will have a sold out arena for the home games and this should give us an extra boost.
The games scheduled for the 8th, 16th and 21st will be televised on M4 with the rest of the games be streamed.
