DVTK-Zilina 11-5 (total goals)
The two game series started out in Miskolc, after a scoreless first period DVTK scored two quick goals early in the second period before Zilina got on the scoreboard. Later in the period Bálint Magosi scored twice as DVTK took a 4-1 lead into the third period where a fifth and final goal was scored for the 5-1 home win. In the second leg Diósgyőr continued where they left off in the first game. Zilina scored the only goal of the first period but in the second the DVTK offense started to work. After Nikandrosz Galanisz goals and one by László Ritó DVTK had flipped the score. Zilina got back within one score before DVTK scored three goals to have a four goal lead. In the final minutes Zilina scored twice to set the final score at 6-4.
Nitra-MAC 7-6 (total goals)
In the first leg that was played in Budapest the opening goal was not scored until the 29th minute of the game by Balázs Somogyi with Anthony Luciani tieing the game up before the period was out on a two man advantage. Judd Blackwater put Nitra back on top, however late in the game it was MAC who had a two man advantage that they converted on to tie the game up. Just as the game looked like it would end in a tie Luciani redirected a shot with only seconds left. In the rematch Nitra scored twice to go up 2-0, but Keegan Dansereau scored to cut the deficit to one goal. After a scoreless second period Luciani put Nitra back up by two goals, before MAC started their comeback. MAC cut it to a one goal game, in the closing minutes Tomas Klempa tied the game up, with MAC scoring with less than 29 seconds left in the game. This made it 6-6 on aggregate which forced overtime, 50 seconds into the extra session Jamie Millam scored the scored the game winner.
Fehérvár-Nové Zámky 8-5 (total goals)
In the first period in Slovakia the two teams exchanged goals, in the second period Csanád Erdély put Fehérvár on top with Lantosi tieing it up for Nové Zámky at 2-2, at the end of 40 minutes of hockey Fehérvár held a one goal lead. Nové Zámky scored twice in the third period to flip the score and to take the win on home ice. In the rematch in Hungary Csanád Erdély opened the scoring in the second period with Dániel Vizi doubling the lead. Antonin Manavian scored two goals with a fight between Bence Stipsicz and Koba Jass being sandwiched between them. Miklós Rajna picked up the shutout win.
Poprad-UTE 9-2 (total goals)
Poprad took a 2-1 lead after the first twenty minutes of hockey, after two unanswered goals in the second period Poprad had a commanding 4-1 lead. Matej Palocko and Abdul lead all scorers with a goal and an assist each. The rematch was much the same as the first game in Budapest. Poprad had a 2-0 lead as the teams headed into the first intermission. After a scoreless second period Poprad pulled away in the third period with a 5-0 lead. Újpest finally got on the scoreboard late period and ended the shutout that Poprad had going.
